When we go to new places, we experience both the place and whatever is going on in our heads. We impose ourselves onto the places we visit. Memories are sparked by those we are with and details within the landscape. In my art I am exploring landscapes both physical and mental, exterior and interior. I am looking at the landscape through the lens of memory.
